Our business is growing! We’re looking for forward thinking individuals who have carpentry experience and are comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Carpenter Job Responsibilities:

• Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior
  trim using carpenter’s tools and a break.
•  Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or
  power saws.
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean
  environment.
• Installs windows and doors, frameworks, or other wooden or PVC fixtures using
  woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.
• Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace,
  using hand tools.
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
• Cleans up worksite debris.

Typical working hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm with a willingness to stay, when needed, until the job is completed. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is an asset but not required

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Manage sales leads and sales team appointments
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Recommend potential process enhancements by analyzing customer and team needs
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Ability to identify and convey critical details from complex situations
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Excel or similar program such as Google Spreadsheets

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• G Suite and/or Microsoft product knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associate’s degree is an asset
• 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Call center experience is beneficial
