Our Team

Al is co owner of the company and also heads up all of the production crews and our siding projects. He’s a wealth of knowledge and is a fantastic advisor/mentor to our carpenters.

Fran is co owner of the company and also heads up our project estimating team. He’s very good at talking through improvement ideas and has a keene eye for design. 

Phil founded this business more than 50 years ago and now takes great pride in his sons carrying on his legacy. He continues to work every day and has been a tremendous help to our office team.

Deb manages the day to day operations and the business financials. She heads up process improvement efforts and keeps the team on track for both business and personal success. 

Cameron is our top project estimator and has an attention to detail like no other. He’s always willing to go the extra mile for our customers and treats them like family. 

Marissa is the main point of contact with customers and keeps our project teams aligned. She manages customer communications and takes great pride in our exceptional customer service. 

Amber manages all proposals and works closely with our project estimators. She has an exceptional work ethic and is instrumental in scoping out improvements. 

Logan handles the majority of the phone calls and efficiently manages estimate appointments. His quick wit keeps the mood light and all of his team members on their toes. 

Mike is on our customer service team focusing on providing a first-class customer experience. His humor and random singing in the office offers some lighthearted entertainment.  

Cam is our project manager who handles all of our window and door orders and installations. He manages multiple carpentry crews and makes sure customers are satisfied with our workmanship. 

Nico is our project manager who handles multiple roofing crews and makes time to meet with customers for roofing estimates. He’s also well known here for his efficiency and organization skills.

Igor is our project manager who handles all of our structural projects including decks and porches. He may be quiet but he has a great sense of humor and is a true asset to our team.
