Modern Upgrades for Colonial Homes in Western MA

The exterior renovation of this home and pool house showcases our ability to blend traditional elegance with modern functionality, resulting in a stunning transformation.

We installed Mastic Ovation Vintage Dublin siding on both the main house and the pool house. This rich, timeless color enhances the architectural beauty of the colonial-style home, providing a cohesive and visually appealing exterior.

A focal point of this project is the newly constructed front entry overhang. Supported by two tapered white PVC columns, the overhang features a Western Red Cedar ceiling, adding warmth and character. The black standing seam metal gabled roof offers a striking contrast, combining durability with sophisticated style.

We paid special attention to the details, creating custom white PVC surrounds for the front door and two garage doors. These custom features enhance the home's curb appeal, highlighting the architectural details and providing a polished finish.

We installed new PVC columns at the rear pool house to complement the main house's design. These additions not only improve the aesthetic appeal but also ensure durability and low maintenance.

To complete the transformation, we installed Andersen 400 series double-hung windows above the garage. These were the only windows that needed replacement, and the new installations seamlessly blend with the existing design, providing improved energy efficiency and enhanced visual appeal.
