This project was a full exterior remodel, or as we like to say, "This house got the works!". We started by replacing the roofing and skylight on the house. This homeowner opted for classic Pristine Black Atlas roofing and a new fixed Velux skylight with room-darkening blinds. All of the windows in the house have been replaced with new construction-style Harvey Classic windows. Harvey windows are Energy Star rated and exceed the requirements for the Northern Energy Star Zone. And did you know that Harvey windows are manufactured right here in New England? PBHI is an Elite Harvey installer which allows us to offer upgrades and product features which other contractors can not. The front entrance was upgraded with a new black factory-painted ThermaTru S4816 entry door with white trim, and the breezeway entrance was upgraded with a new black Andersen storm door. The body of the home has been refreshed with new Norandex Cedar Knolls siding in Jamestown Blue with black shutters to accent the garage and entry door. New gutters and gutter guards give these homeowners peace of mind knowing there will be no leaves to scoop out come Autumn time. This home looks brand new due to the high quality products and the homeowner's sharp taste. We are proud to have been part of this makeover!
