Our initiative is specifically tailored to cater to the unique needs of veterans, ensuring that their homes remain safe, comfortable, and visually appealing. Our straightforward application form is designed to make the process simple for veterans to express their exterior home improvement needs. Program Terms & Conditions
What the winner will receive
- We provide home improvement products and services with a value up to $10,000.
- All labor and materials will be supplied up to the maximum value of our initiative.
- World class craftsmanship with a focus on attention to detail
- Peace of mind as the exterior experts handle every step of the process
How the winner is selected
- Entries are submitted to a secure database where names and addresses are not visible to reviewers or PBHI team members.
- Once the winner is selected, the contact information will be provided to the owners of the company.
- Corrections cannot be made to entries once submitted.
- The Needs letters are reviewed by a team of five members, two of which are the owners of the company.
- The Needs must meet the following criteria:
- The products and services required to complete the needed work must fall within our scope of business.
- The location of work must be within a reasonable distance from our home office located in Chicopee, MA
- The work must be performed on a residential home.
- This is not for commercial improvements.
- The winner must sign an agreement outlining the scope of work before work will begin.
- The winner accepts responsibility for products and services in excess of the value of the initiative.
- Two runners up will be selected in the event the winner is not interested in the requested improvements.
- Any entries received after the deadline will automatically be considered for the following year’s initiative.
- Target date for work completion is Veteran’s Day
How the project is funded
- We are self-funding our initiative. A portion of our profits are used to fund our community projects.
- Donations are NOT accepted.
What we do with your information
- Once the winner is selected, all names and email addresses will be added to our Newsletter where there is the ability to Opt Out of communications.
- All submitted information will be deleted from the database once the winner is selected, and work is completed.
- PBHI team will only review the submitted needs letter, and will not see any of the nominator or nominee information and therefore, cannot make any corrections to submitted information.
